A discovery call does not by itself create a coaching, consulting, fiduciary, therapeutic, confidential-adviser, or other professional relationship. A call will not be recorded unless you are informed before recording begins and any consent required by law is obtained. Zoom's own terms and privacy practices also apply when you use its platform.

A proposal or service agreement may contain specific provisions concerning fees, VAT, payment schedules, reservation requirements, cancellation, rescheduling, travel, third-party costs, confidentiality, intellectual property, recording, deliverables, and validity periods.

Those specific provisions govern the paid engagement. Website content, a discovery call, an informal message, or a general rate indication does not constitute a final quotation, guarantee of availability, or binding service commitment unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief, exercising a statutory complaint right, or contacting an appropriate regulator or consumer-protection authority.
